Flotation REST

Its up to you.  Our deluxe float cabin is large enough to accomodate all body types and provides many options to create the perfect individual experience.  Some prefer complete darkness and full sensory deprivation to completely disconnect by removing all stimuli, others like soothing music and low lighting to create a relaxing mood.  For those who enjoy the thought of the sensation of floating in space, our suite has a starlight ceiling option.  Before your first float, we can help you tailor the experience to your desires and are available throughout via intercom for any needs that may arise. 

We advise a shower prior to floating to remove lotions, fragrances or anything else that could contaminate the tank. After the float, you'll want to shower to remove any excess salt solution.  The shower is in your private float room just outside the cabin for convenience.  

Yes!  while most people choose to enjoy the experience solo, our deluxe cabin has plenty of space to accomodate those who wish to float in tandem.

The short answer is as often as you like.  First floats can be profound but for some there can be a learning curve to become comfortable and fully appreciate the benefits.  Regular sessions can be an integral aspect of  a regular wellness regimen.  

Body wash, hair products, towels, robes, earplugs and a hair dryer are all provided.  You may want to bring a hairbrush, styling products and makeup as we do not provide these.  

Many people love to fall asleep and find it quite rejuvenating.  Because of the high salt content, you will float completely safely whther you are awake or asleep.  

Our float suite is incredibly spacious with room to stretch out, sit and even stand if you want to.  Ultimately you have total control over your comfort.  You can choose soothing lights, the starlight  ceiling, can leave the door open and have the ability to step out into the ocmpletely private room if you need to during the session.  

• Uncontrolled epilepsy
• Large open wounds or skin lesions (concentrated salt solution will hurt!)
• Inability to saefely enter and exit the tank on your own
• Recent spray tan in the last 48 hours
• Under the influience of drugs or alcohol
• Recent tattoo (we recommend waiting 4-6 weeks)
• Recently dyed hair
