Musculoskeletal conditions are some of the most common causes of severe long-term pain and physical disability. 

In addition to exercises, and classic treatment with NSAID's, we can offer both steroid injections, typically with kenalog, as well as more novel treatment with injections of platelet rich plasma. Corticosteroid injections into articular, periarticular, or soft tissue structures relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and improve mobility

PRP is a newer treatment with growing utilization. It has been used since 1987 in surgeries to promote healing, but more recent research has suggested utility in osteoarthritis and tendinopathies. In one study, 60% of patients reported decreased pain after injection.

We also offer Osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) which is a hands-on treatment method used to treat mechanical pain and to diagnose and prevent disease and help your body function better.
